Bishop Oyedepo boasts of his wealth

Bishop David Oyedepo, senior pastor and founder at Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winner’s Chapel says he is “dangerously rich”.

Speaking about “Heralding the dominion era of the church”, at the opening session of Shiloh 2018, the annual gathering of the members of the Living Faith Church tagged “Dominion” at its International Headquarters, Canaan Land, Ota in Ogun State, Oyedepo said: ” i have a clear conscience; I am dangerously wealthy. I am rich, whatever I want, comes. That’s what they call wealth,” he said.

In an apparent response to social media insinuations and accusations that he supports and backs politicians because of pecuniary gains, the bishop made it known that he has never received or shared any money from any government or politician in Nigeria.

He boasted that his enormous wealth is as a result of God’s blessings on his life.

“I don’t share any booty from any government.

To those he described as ‘political gladiators’ Oyedepo made it clear that the church now holds the ace, as authority and dominion is now resident in and with the church. In his words: “If the church says you are going nowhere, there is nothing you can do.

Pointing out that the church derives dominion by the unction and ordination from the hands of God, Papa, as he is also called by followers said, “It is not something that we organise; it is by the hand of God. You can be upset, it won’t change anything.

“If the church comes against any arrogant, puffing fellows, they shall be messed up,”

Speaking about this years theme, “Dominion”, the Oyedepo noted that for anyone to dominate his world, he has to first dominate his/her personal issues.

“Until one is rescued, he cannot rescue others. We must remove the beam in our eyes before we can remove the mote in other people’s eyes,” he urged.
