Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the July 14 gubernatorial elections in Ekiti state, Pastor, (Prof), Kolapo Olusola Eleka, has urged the election petition tribunal to declare him as the winner and governor elect in the election.
While testifying before the tribunal sitting at the FCT High Court, Apo, Abuja, Olusola who is the immediate former governor of the state, however stated that the tribunal should in the alternative declare the election inconclusive or nullify it and order for a fresh election.
The Ikere Ekiti born politician adopted his written statement on oath as his testimony before the tribunal, while being led in evidence by lead counsel for the petitioners, Malam Yusuf Ali (SAN).
His three responses to the defence of the three respondents before the tribunal were also adopted by him.
